A police operation in the La Cruz neighborhood, Aguadulce district, resulted in the apprehension of a citizen carrying two homemade firearms in a taxi. According to authorities, the action was triggered by a citizen's report alerting to several individuals in the vehicle carrying firearms, which immediately prompted a response from police units. Police intercepted the taxi in the mentioned area, detaining the vehicle and apprehending one of its occupants. During the search, two homemade "nipple" type firearms were seized, reported Major Rafael Navarro of the Coclé Police Zone. The suspect was transferred to the local police station for the corresponding procedures.
