The Council of the Araykhan municipality noted that it did not accept participation in the creation of Decree No. 08, establishing 101 administrative violations.
In their statement, the representatives of the council emphasized that they were not involved in the development of this document and did not agree with its content. According to their words, this decision was made without their participation.
"We want to clearly emphasize that this decree does not represent the result of our work," the representatives of the municipality council pointed out.
The representatives of the council also expressed their discontent regarding messages connecting them with this document and emphasized that they bear responsibility only for those initiatives that were developed and agreed upon with their participation.
