Crime in Panama's Colón province shows no signs of stopping. In addition to homicides, thefts of vehicle batteries and computers are relentless. One such case was reported outside the Elian Mini-Super, located in Cativá, Colón province, where two men, wearing balaclavas over their heads, took advantage of the darkness of the night to steal accessories from a white sedan. A video circulating on social media shows the two criminals arriving at the commercial establishment's parking lot in a dark sedan parked in reverse. They get out and leave the doors on the right side open to prevent anyone from noticing what they are doing if someone passes by. While one of the subjects is busy opening the hood of the white sedan, the other keeps watch to ensure no one is watching them. After several seconds, with the hood already open, the criminals suddenly make a hasty getaway, having managed to steal an accessory from the sedan.
