Cobre Panamá launches the 'happy school' project

The company Cobre Panamá has launched the "Happy School" project with the objective of benefiting more than 2,000 students in the provinces of Colón and Coclé. This initiative aims to ensure that children and young people receive a daily hot meal, as well as provide support to improve school infrastructure.

One of the most notable aspects of this project is the guarantee of adequate nutrition for students, which will contribute to their well-being and development. In addition, actions will be carried out to renovate and improve the facilities of the participating schools, in order to create a more conducive environment for learning.

In the words of a representative of Cobre Panamá, "We are committed to the educational development of children in Panama and firmly believe in the positive impact that an initiative like 'Happy School' can have on students' lives." This initiative is part of the mining company's social responsibility efforts to contribute to the well-being of communities near its operations.
