In operations carried out in the city and outskirts of Colón, agents of the National Police, in coordination with officials from the Public Ministry (MP), managed to apprehend two individuals linked to serious crimes, including attempted homicide and personal injury. The first apprehended was a 30-year-old citizen, located on Calle 7, in the Barrio Norte district of the city of Colón. He was informed that he was wanted by order dated March 20, 2026, for the crime against life and personal integrity, in the form of attempted homicide. The second apprehended was a 40-year-old man, captured in the Cristóbal district, wanted for the crime of personal injury. Therefore, the National Police reported that it will continue with preventive and operational actions throughout the sector, in compliance with the 'Firmeza' Plan, to guarantee citizen security.
