Minister of the Presidency Juan Carlos Orillac inspected the Mariano Bula stadium in Colón, where the works are in their final stages. The stadium will have a capacity for 5,000 spectators and will meet the specifications of Major League Baseball (MLB). It will feature commercial spaces, locker rooms, a clubhouse, a gym, and other facilities. The construction is being carried out by the company APROCOSA, which has hired 215 people, 98% of whom are from Colón. Orillac praised the quality of the local workforce and noted that the city had been waiting for seven years for the project to begin. The project had been abandoned by two consecutive governments before being revived under President José Raúl Mulino.
