In Panama, a man suspected of attempted aggravated murder was arrested and remanded in custody. The incident occurred on March 10, 2025, in the Barrio Sur district of the city of Colón, on 14th Street and 15th Avenue Bolívar, in an area known as 'El Bambú'. According to the investigation, the man shot a woman, injuring her. The suspect, a 29-year-old man, was arrested on November 21 as part of an ongoing judicial investigation into crimes against life and personal integrity. During the hearing, the Regional Prosecutor's Office of Colón and Guna Yala requested the Guarantee Court to legalize the apprehension and formulate the charges against him, which were admitted.
