The Panamanian government reaffirms its commitment to consensus-based dialogue, aiming to achieve an adjustment that promotes social and labor justice for all workers. The commission has scheduled nine ordinary meetings to address crucial variables such as market wages, cost of living, investment levels, and the country's overall economic situation. The goal is to project a fair wage through sincere dialogue without creating false expectations. The meetings will be held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel).
