Job generation is a national priority. The National Government of Panama, led by President José Raúl Mulino Quintero and the Minister of Labor and Labor Development, Jackeline Muñoz de Cedeño, continues to actively promote initiatives for job creation. Mitradel's Labor Inclusion Strategy facilitates access to 67 dignified jobs. As part of its strategic axes for labor inclusion and decent work, Mitradel conducted targeted recruitment drives, providing job seekers, including people with disabilities, with direct access to 67 opportunities in partnership with private companies. This week, Mitradel developed three targeted recruitment processes with the aim of directly connecting job seekers with real opportunities for labor insertion. Commitment to Equity: Recruitment for People with Disabilities. Of the three processes carried out, one was specifically aimed at People with Disabilities, which reaffirms the institutional commitment of Mitradel to equity and equal opportunities in the Panamanian labor market. In a strategic alliance with private sector companies such as MK Global, Domesticando, and Foundever, 67 job positions were offered. These efforts are aimed at the country's economic reactivation, opening up opportunities for the general population, and guiding young people towards sectors with higher demand, thus promoting sustainable and fair development for all Panamanians. In a joint action with the private sector, the entity promotes measures aimed at fostering economic growth, social justice, and access to decent and safe jobs for a greater number of Panamanians. The available positions were concentrated in key areas, including merchandisers, data capturers, domestic service, nannies, caregivers for the elderly, and bilingual customer service agents. Humanization Strategy in Job Search. The methodology implemented in these processes, which includes personalized interviews by the human resources departments of each participating company, is part of a broader strategy by Mitradel. It is oriented to "humanize" the job search. This is achieved through specific programs such as "My First Job", continuous targeted recruitment drives, effective alliances between the public and private sectors, and concrete actions to encourage investment.
