A serious traffic accident occurred on the Bridge of the Americas in Panama. Around 7:35 a.m., two buses collided. As a result, one of them overturned, partially blocking the road towards the interior of the country. Firefighters from Panama, particularly from the Balboa station, arrived at the scene to provide pre-hospital care, secure the area, and coordinate with other institutions. According to initial reports, 28 people were injured, of which 26 have minor injuries (green condition) and 2 are in serious condition (red condition). The emergency operation involved firefighters who deployed a fire suppression vehicle, ambulance 1016, a SUME unit, and the National Police.
