Panama has announced the first edition of the Sabor Panama gastronomic festival, scheduled for February 27-28, 2026, at Felipe Motta Park in Costa del Este. The event aims to highlight the nation's culinary identity and project it internationally. It will serve as a platform for bringing together renowned chefs, iconic restaurants, and new talents, integrating traditional and innovative culinary proposals. The program will feature live music, an entrepreneur's market, and picnic areas. Group AJE has joined as an official sponsor, supporting the festival through its brands Big Cola and Cielo with Antioxidants. The organizers emphasize that this first edition seeks to establish an annual tradition that values Panama's cultural richness and fosters local entrepreneurship.
