The Mayor's Office of Panama will close the breast cancer prevention month with the Pink Fest, an event that will take place at the Mi Pueblito Tourist Center this Sunday. During the celebration, attendees are invited to bring personal hygiene items to be donated to the Oncological Hospital.
The Pink Fest will be a day full of activities aimed at raising awareness about the importance of early detection of breast cancer and collecting personal hygiene products to support patients undergoing oncological treatment.
According to the Mayor's Office of Panama, the event will feature various spaces for family participation, including artistic performances, informational talks, and prevention and awareness stands about breast cancer.
In the words of a representative of the Mayor's Office: "We want to close this month of awareness with an event that is not only informative but also allows us to show solidarity with those fighting this disease. We invite everyone to join and contribute their bit to this very important cause."
