The Municipality of Panama established special measures for this district to commemorate Holy Week, specifically for Good Friday, April 3, 2026, according to Municipal Decree No. Among the main provisions is the prohibition on the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages from 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on that day. Additionally, the Municipality suspended dancing activities, parties, public events, and the use of sound equipment, music, or any other noise emission. The exception will apply only to religious services and activities specific to the date, as long as they comply with noise regulations and the corresponding permits. Individuals or establishments that fail to comply with these measures may be fined from $100 to $1,000, as established by the decree.
