On Monday morning, a man arrived at the emergency room of the Policlínica de la Caja de Seguro Social Don Laurencio Jaén Ocaña in the Sabanitas district, Colón province, Panama, with two gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 31-year-old Fermín Sánchez, who was attacked by three individuals in a shopping center in Sabanitas. Sánchez was shot in the right arm, with the bullet entering and exiting. The vehicle was later detected in front of building 19 of the Irving Saladino residential complex in the Santa Rita community, Sabanitas. An investigation into this violent incident has begun. The second wound was to the right abdominal area, where the bullet entered but did not exit. He was initially treated at this clinic and then transferred to Dr. Manuel Amador Guerrero Hospital for further care. The ongoing investigation revealed that the three men fired several shots in the area before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
