Last Saturday on the Inter-American Highway, at the bridge over the Corona River in the district of San Carlos, one of the occupants of a pickup truck died after falling into the void upon colliding with the bridge. The victim's body was extracted from the pickup truck upon the arrival of officials from the Ministry of Public Security. One person died and four others suffered serious injuries in a traffic accident recorded on Sunday afternoon on the main road towards the Anton Valley, Coclé province. The vehicle's occupants were traveling in the early hours of the morning towards the capital city. According to reports from rescue agencies, four occupants of the vehicle were transferred to a medical center in the Anton Valley. The white pickup truck was found overturned on the side of a residential property.
