Denunciation of Workplace Harassment in National Lottery

Lawyer Marco Austin reports that social workers reintegrated into the National Lottery are being subjected to workplace harassment in Santiago, affecting their performance.

Lawyer Marco Austin has reported that several social workers from the National Lottery of Charities (LNB), who were reinstated to their positions by a resolution from the institution's director, are allegedly being subjected to workplace harassment. According to Austin, one of the workers has not yet been formally notified of her reinstatement, which prevents her from returning to her position. "They haven't even sent her the resolution for her to be notified," the lawyer emphasized.

Additionally, the workers who did receive the notification and were able to return to their duties have been stripped of their functions. "They have been denied access to computers and are practically sitting idle," Austin reported, stressing that this situation mostly occurs at the Santiago office. For the lawyer, these actions suggest a possible persecution against the reinstated workers, as some local authorities may be ignoring or evading the resolution issued by the LNB director.

So far, the National Lottery has not officially revealed any position regarding this complaint.
