The National Police apprehended a woman on Saturday wanted for a crime against the legal and family and civil status, in the form of mistreatment of a minor. According to authorities, the apprehension took place at a checkpoint in the Puente Venado sector, in the Veracruz district. The 40-year-old citizen, upon verification in the Citizen Verification System, had a valid warrant issued by the Deputy Prosecutor of the First Subregion of West Panama, based in Arraiján, dated October 9, 2025.
