The development of the country could be facilitated if it is divided into five regions. For example, one of them would be composed of Bocas del Toro and the Ngäbe Buglé comarca; another by Chiriquí, Veraguas, and Azuero; another by Coclé and Panama; another by Colón and Guna Yala; and lastly, a region exclusive to Darién.
