Konzerta presents its September Labor Market Report and the main results of Expo Konzerta Online 2025, the country's largest virtual fair.

In September, the average salary expectation was $1,064, an increase of 0.15% from the previous month. Compared to September 2024, this represents a 3.95% year-over-year increase.

On average, men aspire to earn $47 more than women. Male applications lead in supervisory roles at 59.4% and at the junior level at 50.01%. Overall, men accounted for 50.27% of applications, while women made up 49.73%.

During the seven-day fair, Expo Konzerta Online 2025 attracted 135,000 participants, a 22% increase from its first year. The fair received over 1.4 million applications and registered more than 10,000 new resumes. A total of 115 national and multinational companies participated, offering around 5,000 job vacancies.

Average salary expectations by position: • Junior level: $787 (-0.22%) • Supervisor/Manager level: $1,312 (-1.43%) • Semi-senior/Senior level: $1,120 (+0.52%)

The highest salaries were demanded for the positions of Engineering Technical Office/Projects (manager level) at $2,500, Systems (semi-senior/senior level) at $2,000, and Nutrition (junior level) at $1,125. The lowest expectations were for Waiters (manager level) at $750, Maintenance and Cleaning (semi-senior/senior level) at $700, and Services (junior level) at $637.
