Job seekers interested in integrating into the formal labor market attended targeted recruitment drives organized by the Department of Labor Intermediation (DILA) at both its central headquarters and the regional offices of Chiriquí and Coclé of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development.
Among the job openings offered, some were for Persons with Disabilities, including: administrative staff, commercial advisors, salespeople, cashiers, food handlers, store supervisors, commercial advisors, butchers, supermarket assistants (fruver), and floor assistants and department salespeople.
These profiles were provided to participating companies — Platinum Brands, administrator of the KFC and Dairy Queen fast-food chains, Grupo Davissa, and Súper Xtra — through the job bank www.empleospanama.gob.pa, based on the knowledge and experience of the candidates as part of the intermediary work carried out by Mitradel.
In this way, Mitradel continues to expand its actions nationwide, facilitating access to formal employment and strengthening the country's productivity, guided by the vision of President José Raúl Mulino Quintero and Minister Jackeline Muñoz de Cedeño, building bridges between people seeking work and companies that need their talent.
