This year, the Agricultural Marketing Institute (IMA) will expand its coverage, increasing the number of Naviferias from 89 in 2024 to 123 in 2025. The goal is to reach more communities and ensure that a greater number of families can benefit. The Naviferias will begin on December 2nd, and for the first time, they will be held simultaneously in several locations across the country. The Agricultural Marketing Institute (IMA) informed that this year's traditional Naviferias will take place concurrently in various provinces of the country. Full details regarding the schedule, locations, and other relevant information will be announced in a timely manner on the IMA's official social media channels. The IMA reminded the population that to make their purchases, they must bring cash, their ID, and a reusable bag. From December 2nd to 5th, the activities will be held in the provinces of Chiriquí, Los Santos, Herrera, and Panamá (Chepo), bringing affordable products to thousands of families. The Christmas Hamper, one of the most anticipated products by the population, will include 10 pounds of rice, salt, sugar, a can of gandú, and a picnic ham with bone, at a cost of $15.00.
