The Social Security Institute (CSS) informed all employers in the country that a deadline extension has been granted to meet various obligations, including the payment of fees, cancellation of payrolls, and the payment of letters of agreements and arrangements established at the administrative and judicial levels. The new deadline to fulfill these commitments will be Tuesday, December 2, 2025. This extension also applies to payments contemplated in Law No. 45 of June 16, 2017, corresponding to the month of October 2025. The institution clarifies that this measure is due to national holidays, during which CSS offices will be closed this Friday, November 28. Additionally, November 29 and 30 are weekend days and coincide with the monthly closure, affecting collection processes. CSS thanks employers for their understanding and cooperation, reiterating its commitment to ensuring adequate management of administrative and financial processes.
