The new General Manager, Mercedes Ortiz de Zevallos Eleta, holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising with an emphasis in Psychology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and an MBA from the University of Louisville. She added that her goal is to consolidate long-term relationships based on trust and performance. The company also reported that it has inaugurated new offices as part of its internal reorganization process.
