The International Advertising Association (IAA) has announced the appointment of Valentín Bueno as its new VP for Latin America. Bueno, an experienced advertising executive with over 30 years in the industry, will lead the regional strategy and coordinate national chapters.

Latin America. The International Advertising Association (IAA), recognized as the world's most influential network of marketing and communications professionals, has announced the appointment of Valentín Bueno as its new Vice President / Area Director for Latin America.

From this strategic position, Bueno will lead the regional agenda, be responsible for coordinating the work of the organization's national representations, and act as the voice of Latin America in global discussions. His appointment formally integrates him into the association's global Leadership Team, consolidating his role in the global direction of the IAA.

Career and Strategic Objectives of the New Director

The addition of Valentín Bueno represents a strategic boost for the region. The executive has over 30 years of experience in the advertising sector, with a marked specialization in Out of Home. Throughout his career, he has led international expansion processes for multiple companies, developing operations in 24 countries and managing projects in sectors such as technology, media, communications, and content production.

The executive is recognized for his ability to build alliances, his strategic vision, and his constant drive for innovation. His entrepreneurial vision led him to found and consolidate companies like Latcom–Worldcom and Contenidos Advertising -CAS-, as well as create the Gestionar Esperanzas Foundation, focused on promoting social sustainability and inclusion initiatives in Latin America. He is also the driving force behind Skywalker Group, where he promotes projects in media, real estate, financial services, and art.

According to Bueno, his focus will be on promoting greater regional integration, boosting the growth of local representations, and strengthening the link between advertisers, agencies, media, and all actors in the chain.
