World Robotics Olympiad 2025 Rules Launched

The World Robotics Organization (WRO) launched the rules for the 2025 Robotics Olympiad, which will be held in Singapore under the motto "The Future of Robots." The National Foundation for the Development of STEM (FUNDESTEAM) has called trainers, students, teachers, parents, and school directors to prepare for the event.

To learn about the international rules, FUNDESTEAM invites you to visit their website. Additionally, on January 20, a webinar will be held for Latin America and the Caribbean, where experts and judges in robotics will explain the competition rules in their different categories. The panel will include experts from Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, and Argentina.

Marvin Castillo, President of Fundesteam, emphasized the growing interest of Panamanian youth in participating in science and technology competitions. It is expected that in 2025 at least 20 regional robotics Olympiads will be held across the country with the support of public and private sector partners.

The WRO international final will take place in Singapore from November 26 to 28, 2025. Castillo highlighted FUNDESTEAM's contribution to STEAM education in Panama and the historic achievements reached in the World Robotics Olympiads.

In summary, the rules for the 2025 Robotics Olympiad are now available, and the educational community is invited to prepare for this important event that promotes science and technology among young people.
