
A Panamanian-flagged ship collided with a United States aircraft carrier, but fortunately, no loss of human life or marine pollution has been reported.
According to reports, the incident occurred in international waters near the coasts of Asia. The Panamanian ship accidentally struck the U.S. aircraft carrier during navigation.
Authorities from both countries have already initiated investigations to determine the causes of the collision and clarify responsibilities. Despite the impact, no hazardous substances were spilled into the sea, which has been regarded as good news amidst the collision.
"We are aware of what happened and are working together with Panamanian authorities to clarify the facts," stated a spokesperson for the U.S. Navy.
