Ciudad del Saber Continues Summer Activities

Ciudad del Saber is reinforcing its role as a community integration space by offering summer activities for all ages, including cultural and sporting events, yoga sessions, and technology camps.

City of Knowledge is a space in Panama that attracts more than 60,000 visitors each year, offering a variety of events that include cultural, sports, and recreational activities. As Luz Bonadies, Communications Manager, describes it, the City of Knowledge is a meeting point where one can enjoy restaurants, shops, and cafes, thus enriching the experience for those who visit.

In addition to being a place dedicated to art, culture, and sports, the City of Knowledge also stands out for its focus on educational and professional development. According to Bonadies, this space is ideal for both exercising and learning, sharing, and enjoying culture outdoors. The City of Knowledge is committed to strengthening its role as a place of community integration, promoting access to culture, well-being, and recreation for all who visit.

As part of its summer outdoor agenda, the City of Knowledge offers a variety of activities for the community, such as the Full Moon Meditation, which promotes relaxation and emotional balance in an outdoor setting. Additionally, the City of Knowledge participates as a co-producer of the MACRO Fest, an event that brings together diverse artistic and creative expressions in a space for exchange and innovation.

Regarding the training activities carried out in the City of Knowledge, the technological camp for young women called CAMPTECH stands out, organized by the National Secretariat of Science, Technology, and Innovation (Senacyt) in collaboration with the City of Knowledge. During this camp, participants were able to develop technical-technological skills, teamwork, leadership, and receive training in personal finance, among other activities.

With these initiatives, the City of Knowledge reaffirms its commitment to education and entertainment for all, providing meaningful experiences to the community at large. Additionally, as part of its ongoing support for the arts and culture, the City of Knowledge sponsors prominent events such as the Performing Arts Festival (FAE) and the International Film Festival (IFF Panama), demonstrating its value as an ideal destination for coexistence, knowledge, and culture in a unique environment.
