The Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac) has confirmed that from April 10 to 13, 2025, the twenty-second version of Expo Vivienda Capac will take place at the Panama Convention Center (PCC). The Expo Vivienda Capac is recognized as the most prominent exhibition in the real estate sector in Panama and has a strong impact on the national economy.
More than 70 companies will participate in the event, presenting various housing and apartment projects in different areas of the country, such as the city of Panama, Panama Oeste, Este and Norte, beach areas, mountains, and major cities in the interior. Under the slogan "Moving is your next plan," more than 10,000 visitors are expected to attend with access to immediate mortgage financing.
The president of the Expo Vivienda Capac Organizing Committee, Paul Dávila, highlighted that the reform will promote the reduction of the housing inventory and encourage the reactivation of future housing projects. There will be more than 300 housing projects with prices starting from B/.50,000.00, offering options for different budgets and attractive promotions on high-cost homes.
The Expo Vivienda Capac will be open from Thursday, April 10, to Friday, April 11, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the inauguration at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. On Saturday, April 12, it will open from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The general admission cost will be B/.2.00 and there will be free transportation from the 5 de Mayo metro station to the PCC.
During Expo Vivienda Capac 2025, informational talks and "Do It Yourself" workshops will be held on topics such as mortgage loan applications, home renovations, and the creation of gardens and functional spaces. Tickets will be available for purchase online or at the box office.
