Masked criminals tie up and beat company workers

In another act of violence on the Atlantic coast, criminals broke into a company, tied up, and beat five workers, stealing a safe with money and personal items. One worker was injured, and police are investigating the robbery.


In another act of violence on the Atlantic coast, it was reported that a small safe with money, as well as cell phones and personal items, was the loot taken by criminals on Sunday night after a robbery committed at a company located in the Buena Vista area of the Transístmica in Colón. Subsequently, the subjects violently attacked four commercial trucks from the company, from which they stole a small safe with money, the amount of which has not been specified. After committing the robbery, the criminals fled through the back of the company. At the scene, it was reported that at the time of the criminals' entry, five workers were working on the manufacture of disposable packaging. According to the preliminary report, Quintero De Sedas was walking when he was surprised by a subject who shot him several times on the premises of a bar in the area. It was then that three masked subjects, of dark complexion and armed, violently entered the facilities. Upon learning of the incident, units of the Judicial Investigation Section of the National Police in Buena Vista went to the scene to gather information. The employees were threatened, beaten, and gagged while the criminals stripped them of their cell phones, watches, gold jewelry, and cash. The authorities are keeping the investigations ongoing. The injured man was assisted and transported by National Police units to the emergency room of the San Juan Polyclinic, located in the Buena Vista area, where he received medical attention. The case is being handled by the Judicial Investigation Section of the Buena Vista police station, while the investigation into this attack on life remains open. Early this Monday morning, 21-year-old young man Kenneth Quintero De Sedas was injured with two bullet wounds after being attacked at close range while walking inside the Gatuncillo Norte community, in the San Juan area of the Transístmica, in the province of Colón. The case was classified as an aggravated robbery against workers of the Grupo Ocean Inc. company, located between the communities of El Giral and the entrance of Sardinilla. One projectile hit him in the abdomen, while the other hit him on the right side of the chest, lodging in his right shoulder.
