The Coca-Cola System in Panama, in strategic partnership with Fundación Aliarse, announced the implementation of the "Rainwater Harvesting in the Educational and Community Sphere - Panama-2025" project. The main objective of the initiative is to strengthen water resilience and ensure sustainable access to water in communities facing vulnerability in the country.

This initiative directly benefits over 16,000 Panamanians. The direct beneficiaries include students, teaching staff, healthcare personnel, and residents of adjacent communities to the project's implementation points.

The project focuses on four specific districts: Salamanca, Las Cumbres, Herrera, and Ernesto Córdoba Campos. It aims to establish systems for rainwater harvesting and utilization in educational and community environments, thus contributing to the availability of the resource in critical areas.

"The main goal of the Coca-Cola System is to actively contribute to the water security of Panama. Through this approach to rainwater harvesting, we seek not only to alleviate immediate scarcity but also to build long-term capacity in communities for the efficient and sustainable management of water, recognizing the resource as a fundamental pillar for social well-being and public health."

Collaboration: Various institutions and entrepreneurs join efforts for environmental management.
