This is the case of a stepfather who sexually abused his 10-year-old stepdaughter and subsequently beat her, causing injuries to her small body.
The case is being investigated by the Section of Crimes against Freedom and Sexual Integrity and Gender Violence of the Regional Prosecutor's Office of Colón and Guna Yala.
This led to the filing of a complaint for abuse and mistreatment against this 23-year-old man.
The case originated in August 2024, in the district of Colón, when the accused sexually abused his 10-year-old stepdaughter, and in October 2025 he physically assaulted her, causing injuries to her body.
Sexual perversions have no limits.
In the hearing, the Prosecutor's Office managed to get the Guarantees Court to legalize the apprehension and formulation of charges against this citizen for the crimes of aggravated rape and mistreatment of a minor, which ultimately led to provisional detention.
