Panama - A local drug dealer was apprehended in the community of Carreto, Guna Yala comarca, with evidence of the crime committed in his possession. The man, of medium height and dark skin, could not escape to avoid being apprehended by units of the National Border Service (Senafront), who tracked him down and detained him for a search. It was during that routine procedure that the border agents located several bags containing a white powder inside, which is presumed to be the drug known as cocaine. After being found in possession of the evidence of the crime, the man was taken to the Prosecutor's Office for Drugs, whose staff will be in charge of advancing the investigations and procedures to present him before a Guarantees Judge for the judicialization of the case.
