Today, the resignation of José Pablo Ramos as General Manager of Mercados Nacionales de la Cadena de Frío, S.A. was confirmed. The decision was accepted by the Board of Directors, and now a transition process begins. The reason for the resignation was not disclosed. This is a temporary appointment, until further notice. Cadena de Frío, a key player in the management and distribution of food in the country, thus enters a phase of administrative changes. The top position is now vacant. It was only indicated that the resignation was formally accepted and that the company will continue to operate while the replacement is defined. To prevent the institution from being left adrift, the Board has temporarily appointed Lorena Pinzón Gaubeka de Garibaldi.
