Panama — A total of 215 packages with a suspected illicit substance, hidden inside a container, were seized by the National Police in collaboration with the Public Ministry. The discovery of the narcotics took place during a search and inspection warrant, as part of the 'Archi' operation, in a container located at a Pacific port, which had been profiled through investigative work. To the authorities' surprise, the container was carrying no legitimate cargo, as its interior only held black suitcases containing the packages with the illicit substance. Once the narcotic load was verified, it was seized and packaged, and is now at the disposal of the Prosecutor's Office for Drugs for analysis and processing.
