The President of Patronato Rod Carayu, Max Estrada, expressed regret that the director of the Panamanian sports institute (Pandeportes) did not find or did not submit the reports that were in his office.
"We received all the necessary communications and reports that were sent to the Panamanian sports institute," - emphasized Max Estrada.
He also added that Patronato Rod Carayu will continue to work for the benefit of the sports community in Panama and will comply with all established norms and rules.
