The guarantees judge, Fermín Bonilla, ordered this Monday, October 28, to archive the process against former deputy Zulay Rodríguez in the case of the alleged appropriation of gold plates belonging to the deceased Mexican José Luis Penagos.

Upon hearing the ruling, Rodríguez expressed that "it was three years [...]". After a detailed investigation, the court issued such a decision.
