The Panamanian Basketball Federation (Fepaba) has confirmed that players Iverson Molinar and Akil Mitchell will be participating in the start of the World Basketball Qualifiers. Molinar and Mitchell are key players for the national team, and their participation in the first two matches of the qualifying tournament for the 2027 World Cup, to be held in Qatar, is of utmost importance. The first two games of the Panama national team in this qualifying phase will be against Uruguay. The first match will be at home on Thursday, November 27, at 8:40 PM (Panama time). The second game will be away in the city of Montevideo on Sunday, November 30.
