A total of 24 players will represent Panama in the friendly matches against Bolivia and Mexico to be played on Sunday 18 (away) and Thursday 22 January (home) respectively. A press release from the Panamanian Football Federation (FPF) informed that the players chosen by coach Thomas Christiansen will be traveling tomorrow, Thursday, heading to Bolivia to face the first of two matches outside the so-called FIFA dates. Panama will face the Bolivian team away this Sunday, January 18, at the Estadio IV Centenario in the city of Tarija, at 4 p.m. (Panama time). Subsequently, the national team will host the Mexico selection on Thursday, January 22, at the Estadio Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez, from 8 p.m. In the end, all the players who were called to train, with the exception of goalkeeper Ian Flores, who was called at the last minute to replace the injured goalkeeper Marcos De León, were included by the coach in the list of convocados.
