The San Miguelito Sporting Club is ready to face the 2026 competitions, which include the Panamanian Football League (LPF) Clausura Tournament and the Concacaf Champions Cup. Yesterday, at a press conference, the San Miguelito team presented its home and away uniforms that it will use for all its matches. Sporting will have its classic black and red uniform at home, while the away uniform will be white with details like those of the Christ the Redeemer of San Miguelito, an icon of the district and that represents the academic team. The 2026 Clausura Tournament will begin for Sporting this Saturday, January 17, when they face Plaza Amador at the COS Sports Plaza at 8:30 PM. In addition to the local tournament, Sporting has the commitment of the Concacaf Champions Cup, in which their first rival will be L.A. Galaxy on February 19 and 25. For this season, the team led by César Aguilar has added players such as Marlon Ávila, Héctor Hurtado, Sergio Ramírez, Leslie Heraldez, Harold Cummings, and Juan Hall, among others.
