In Panama, a man of approximately 30 years old, yet to be identified, was killed during an armed attack this morning in the La Cascada area of Arraiján district, West Panama province. Hitmen chased their victim along several streets as he tried to find refuge at his home. Despite his efforts to save his life, the man failed to reach his destination, as his attackers caught up with him and shot him, dying at the scene. Units of the National Police of Arraiján conducted various operations in the area searching for those responsible for the homicide, but without positive results so far. Personnel from the Homicide and Femicide Prosecutor's Office of the Public Ministry lifted the body and transported it to the Judicial Morgue for the necessary autopsy.
