The National Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (Idaan) issued an alert for the population of Chiriquí due to maintenance work that will be carried out this weekend.
These works could cause disruptions in the water supply in some areas of the province. Therefore, residents are advised to take precautions and store water to cover their needs during the period when maintenance work is being conducted.
Idaan requested the understanding of the citizens regarding the possible inconveniences that these works may cause, highlighting the importance of carrying out these tasks to ensure a quality service in the region's drinking water system.
"We ask the population for their cooperation and understanding while these maintenance works are carried out. We are working to minimize the disruptions and restore water supply as soon as possible," said a representative of Idaan.
