These elements will be analyzed to strengthen the homicide case file in Chitré. Authorities also confirmed that the apprehended individual was under house arrest in relation to drug-related cases, a situation that will now also be evaluated within the ongoing judicial process. Investigations continue to locate other possible accomplices in this crime. At the scene, the citizen lost their life immediately following the attack. During the raid, authorities also seized technological equipment and other evidence that are now part of the investigation being carried out by the prosecutor's offices. National Police units, in coordination with the Public Ministry, conducted a raid operation in the Panama Viejo area, where a man known as alias "Valvula" was apprehended. The man is identified as the second implicated party in the homicide of a citizen of Indian origin that occurred in the province of Herrera. The violent incident was recorded last Wednesday, March 11th, at Plaza Azuero Center, in the district of Chitré, when the victim was shot in front of a vehicle sales establishment.
