National Police units, in coordination with the Public Ministry, conducted a raid operation in the Panama Viejo area, where a man known as alias "Valvula" was apprehended. The man is identified as the second implicated party in the homicide of a citizen of Indian origin that occurred in the province of Herrera. The violent incident was recorded last Wednesday, March 11th, at Plaza Azuero Center, in the district of Chitré, when the victim was shot in front of a vehicle sales establishment.
