The incident reportedly took place in the city of Colón during an event that he usually attends. This case dates back to 2023 when the famous individual was charged with crimes against public administration and crimes against public faith during Operation Babylon. The Section of Crimes Against Public Administration indicated in its investigations that the case involved individuals who were requesting donations of vehicles and office goods from various state entities, which were later transferred or sold to third parties through document falsification, obtaining a profit from these goods. Additionally, after the measures of signing, 'Apache Ness' alleged in a press conference that the state vehicles (scrap metal) donated to the foundation were never explained to him that he could not do anything with them. He added: 'Time later they deliver a resolution where they notify the conditions about these donations of the vehicles and other goods.' The urban music singer and pastor Ernesto Brown, better known as 'Apache Ness', was sent to the La Joya Penitentiary Center after revoking his precautionary measures: reporting to the police twice a month, prohibition of leaving the country, and not approaching the 'International Ministry Reason to Live' foundation. The information was confirmed by Selecta Mckoy to Crítica, who also stressed that before all this a call was made to the artist; however, for some reason, the reaction of his defense was late, and the authorities acted upon not seeing a response from his part. It is detailed that the famous individual was arrested and immediately transferred by the authorities to the penitentiary center. 'Why did they wait so long to deliver a resolution?', he questioned. There are several people provisionally detained in this case. The artist's defense has not spoken out at the moment.
