In Colón province on Panama's Atlantic coast, three port workers were detained by police while attempting to enter the terminal with packages containing drugs and money. The men, aged 37, 41, and 45, were caught in the act. Three rectangular packages, wrapped in black plastic, were found on them as they tried to enter the port. The case has been handed over to the Colon and Guna Yala Drug Prosecutor's Office, which will continue the investigation. The detainees will be brought before a judge in the accusatory penal system, where their arrest will be formalized, charges will be filed, and a precautionary measure will be set.
