Initial reports indicate that the victim arrived at a multifamily building on 3rd and 4th streets, Avenida Herrera, as a taxi passenger, before fleeing the crime scene. The man, who had been shot, was urgently transported to Dr. Manuel Amador Guerrero Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 1:00 p.m. due to gunshot wounds. The crime scene was completely cordoned off with yellow tape to preserve the evidence.
