The National Police and the Public Ministry conducted Operation Cordón in the province of Colón, resulting in the apprehension of five individuals wanted by judicial authorities.
Searches and raids were carried out in the districts of Buena Vista and Cristóbal Este, where a man wanted for gang-related activities was detained due to his alleged ties to a criminal group known as the «Killa» gang from Río Alejandro.
Additionally, four teenagers, each 17 years old, were apprehended. They are allegedly linked to investigations into aggravated homicide, a crime that occurred in Altos de Los Lagos on July 8, 2025.
Furthermore, technological evidence and firearm ammunition were seized.
All evidence and apprehended individuals have been handed over to the judicial authorities.
