In Panama, Jetniel Brown, who was linked to the death of 70-year-old Mr. Rogelio Hudson, turned himself in at the headquarters of the Directorate of Judicial Investigation (DIJ) in Colón. An arrest warrant was issued for Brown for the crime against life and personal integrity in its homicide modality. The elderly man died on February 14 at Santo Tomás Hospital in the capital city, where he had been transferred from Manuel Amador Guerrero Hospital in Colón after his condition worsened following an attack by a group of young people with stones in the Barrio Sur district of Colón.
