According to the '100% Onsite' study by Konzerta, 90% of Human Resources specialists in Panama confirm that a full return to onsite work is a fact in the workplace. Panama is the country with the highest percentage of specialists confirming this, with the trend being lower in the rest of the region: 89% in Ecuador, 83% in Peru, 79% in Chile, and 77% in Argentina. Furthermore, 76% of HR specialists believe that the return to onsite work has a positive impact on the workplace; 22% consider it to have a regular impact, and only 2% think the impact is negative. 76% believe that employees are taking the return to onsite work well or very well; 21% say it's regular; and only 3% consider that they are taking it poorly or very poorly. 'According to the study, 90% of HR specialists affirm that today there is a return to the 100% onsite work modality. In line with this, 73% consider that this return has a positive impact on the workplace.
