Panama is preparing for the second edition of Expo Horeca Panama, scheduled for March 5th and 6th at the Megapolis Convention Center. This event aims to strengthen the country's hospitality and gastronomic industries. The fair will feature an expanded innovation zone with national and international suppliers. It is designed specifically for hotel, restaurant, and café operators, providing an integrated space for supply chain enhancement across the nation. The academic agenda is divided into two pillars: Tourism 360, focusing on visitor behavior and destination competitiveness; and HORECA Skills, centered on profitability, digitalization, and business operations. These segments aim to equip owners and managers with critical tools for decision-making in an evolving market. Following Panama, the tour will continue to Guatemala in April and Honduras in May. The objective is to help both urban and rural businesses compare their operational models and establish valuable relationships with key players in Panama's tourism sector.
