According to Dadhjy Jiménez, Country Manager of ManpowerGroup Panama, these trends are evolving faster than ever after a decade of constant monitoring of key market axes. One of the pillars identified is the emergence of super hybrid teams, where most roles will evolve to integrate human capabilities with AI. Finally, the report highlights that although technology is predominant, sustainable success will depend on inclusive environments that prioritize human advantage in a market demanding speed and constant adaptability. This year's research is based on surveys of over 12,000 workers and 40,000 employers in 41 countries, revealing that artificial intelligence (AI) will be the strategic driver for multiple sectors to boost efficiency and workplace well-being. 61% of employers plan to increase their investment in automation, although they warn that human supervision will remain the essential factor to prevent errors. This transition occurs in a climate of declining trust in central data systems and a growing responsibility of leaders to close pay equity gaps. The analysis warns of an imminent succession crisis caused by low birth rates and the retirement of senior talent. Likewise, a massification of the 'Gig Economy' is observed, with temporary and multidisciplinary teams that provide agility but present challenges in terms of stability and professional growth.
